5. Custom PVC Windows Production Process: Precision Manufacturing Ensures Quality

Profile Extrusion:

UPVC granules are mixed with stabilizers, titanium dioxide, and other additives and formed into multi-chamber profiles using a twin-screw extruder at 180-220°C.

Profile Reinforcement:

A galvanized steel liner (1.2-1.5mm thick) is embedded within the window frame profile to enhance wind pressure resistance (up to 5000Pa).

Glass Processing:

Glass is cut to specified dimensions, cleaned, and laminated with a PVB interlayer to create safety glass (compliant with EN 12600).

Window Frame Assembly:

Profiles are connected using corner brackets or welding, and EPDM sealing strips are inserted to ensure airtightness (Class 4) and watertightness (Class 9A).

Hardware Installation:
