I. Core Features of Aluminum Fixed Windows

Precise Dimensional Fit: Customized to the exact dimensions of the building opening (width 500mm-900mm, height 600mm-1500mm), they eliminate the gap between traditional standard windows and the wall, reducing installation tolerances to within ±1mm.

Material Performance Certification: Utilizing 6000 series aluminum alloy (such as 6063-T5), with a tensile strength ≥160MPa and a yield strength ≥110MPa, they comply with AS/NZS 1866 and are certified by the American Building Manufacturers Association (AAMA).

IV. Aluminum Windows Production Process

Design Phase

BIM technology is used for 3D modeling to simulate the window's fit within the building structure and optimize drainage paths and hardware layout.

Profile Processing

A 6,000-ton extruder produces aluminum alloy profiles with a dimensional accuracy of ±0.1mm. Two-component glue injection corner brackets are used for corners, achieving a strength of 3200N.

Glass Processing

Assembly and Certification
