1. Structural Features

Aluminum tilt and turn casement windows and doors combine two opening methods: casement and tilt-in, with function switching achieved by rotating the handle:

Casement Mode:

The door leaf opens outwards on side hinges, with a maximum opening angle of up to 90°, providing unobstructed passage, suitable for emergency exits or moving large items. Its multi-point locking design (such as the distribution of hardware locking points) ensures a tight fit between the door leaf and frame when closed, achieving airtightness above national standard level 8.

Tilt-in Mode:

The upper part of the door leaf tilts inwards at an angle of 10-15°, creating a safe ventilation opening. This design prevents rainwater from entering and prevents children from climbing and falling, complying with the European EN 14351-1 safety standard. In the tilt-in state, the weight of the door leaf is borne by the hinges, preventing deformation during long-term use.

Hardware System:

Uses hardware from brands such as German ROTO or SIEGENIA, including anti-misoperation handles, adjustable hinges (load capacity up to 150kg), and multi-point locking devices. The hinges have built-in dampers for soft closing of the door leaf, reducing impact noise.

2. Material Advantages

Thermal Performance:
